Argentina vs China - Women 10 June 2014

"The final group match of Pool B saw Argentina take on China with a second place finish on the line at the 2014 Rabobank Women's Hockey World Cup. Both teams started the game patiently and it took until the 25th minute for Argentina to go 1-0 with Carla Rebecchi scoring after a scramble in front of goal. China couldn't reply before the half time hooter and Argentina took the lead into the break. The second half started similarly to the first, but in the 59th minute China scored with their first shot on target with Yang Peng shooting powerfully into the top of the goal. Neither team could find a winner and Argentina secured second place in Pool B and will face the Netherlands in the semi-finals.
