2nd game of the Rabobank Hockey Men's World Cup and its Belgium taking on India in Men's Pool A. Started off with both teams very even and both teams looking very strong to take the lead. It was Belgium who had the first real chance when Thomas Brlels shot was well saved by India's keeper Harjot Singh and India cleared there lines. Belgium however made their chances count and scored the first goal of the game when Brlels long shot was met by Arthur van Doran who tapped the ball in to put his Nation 1 goal up. After the break is was pretty scrappy for both team but India showed that they where not going to let Belgium take the lead again and levelled the scores when Mandeep Singh tapped in the ball from Dharamavir Singh cross making the scores 1-1. And they made it 2-1 later on when Akashdeep Singh met a 23 metre cross into the box and scored against the run of play. Belgium however didn't let India's lead last long when they were awarded a Penalty Corner and were levelled again when Simon Gougnard tapped in Tom Boon's Penalty Corner levelling the scores 2-2. With scores even, both teams were looking to break the deadlock but it would the Belgium's who grabbed the last minute goal of the game when John-John Dohmen met a long ball and his shot went straight past the keeper sealing the win for Belgium.
